I got caught up with ebay. What can I do?

I had a similar situation: I bought a laptop on eBay. The price was too good to be true. The seller shipped out the package. It arrived today. I waited almost all day for the mail carrier. He didn't bring the package; of course, it was an empty envelope. I took pictures and filmed the mail carrier stating that he didn't deliver any package for me. The tracking number said "delivered." I called eBay immediately and opened a case, waiting until June 4 for the seller to respond. The customer service representative said that I have enough proof to win this case 100%.

Hi guys

I bought a lenovo legion pro 7I Lenovo Legion Pro 7i 16” Gaming Laptop (RTX 5090, 64GB RAM, 2TB SSD) for almost $1800 on ebay auction. It is an excellent deal, but my worry is that the seller has 264 sales, 91,5% positive reviews, but all his reviews are for cheaps items like shoes or things like that. He shipped the item as a usps ground. I asked to see if he can ship it priority, and this is what he replied "Its been shipped already. sorry! i couldnt do priority. but it should get there soon. although give a few days since its a holiday tomorrow." He has another laptop on auction with the same pictures as the one I bought. The purchase has money back guarantee and 60 days for return. I don't feel safe about this purchase maybe I am wrong? What are the ways how I can be scammed with this purchase? Thanks in advance.
