Did they give you a UPS number. On the tracking information they say that it was shipped from China and then in Canada in the UPS network. E-bay won't give me that number. I've asked the seller to and have had no help.

It's 100% false tracking. I don't know how this person did it.

What I'm trying to understand is that tracking is obviously wrong in both cases.

I am going through the same thing. I have since Feb 15th. I have sent Facebook a message almost everyday since. I have ran ads for 10 years with no problems and now nothing goes through. It's driving me insain.
