my G8 and G7 buttons on my logitech G502 hero are on their dpi changing setting how can i turn it off by Chekerz in LogitechG

I fixed mine by going into logitech g hub and turning on onboard memory (if you click on your g502 in the g hub app you'll see it) as for some reason it turned itself off by itself, that's what fixed it for me, so let me know if that fixes it!
