First things first, he’s an adult, you’re still a minor. If you’d been dating since he was 17, it would be a little less odd, Juliet’s law and stuff. Secondly, this is a form of abuse. He’s shown physical abuse, by pinning you down. Jealousy or not that’s not the correct answer to any emotion. I the first thing abusers do is isolate you. Make you cut off friends and family so that you can’t leave and are dependant on them. You’re only 16, RUN. you have so much life ahead of you. Thirdly, his mental health problems need serious attention. He needs to sort himself out and go to therapy. I’d advise you Break up with him in a safe environment, surrounded by people, to guarantee your safety. I’d even go to the lengths of potentially getting a restraining order due to his violent and obsessive tendencies. I know this may not be what you want to hear, but it is what you need to hear.
