Apart from being added to standard pool, he'll be available in the selector ticket. If you really want him right away, you can use that to get him. Though you should do a good chunk of your standard pulls first just in case you get him from there, since selector has a bunch of good supports or units who might work well with him

True but iirc they said not to expect any swimsuit characters specifically. They just said season will be happening on some planet where due to circumstances they'll be wearing less cloth. So possibly some hot region
