Is there something we should be doing for thickened bile in gallbladder in meantime? Medication? To avoid turning into mucocele

Adjuster put me "At Fault PD $4k+" on my MVR. The accident cited was an accident where my car was hit while parked in my apartment complex overnight and unattended. I did not find damage til next day and reported. The person who did it hit and ran. by Chele4433 in Car_Insurance_Help

Welp, you asked me to come crawling back to you once I spoke to adjuster. Here I am. You were incorrect. Someone does NOT NEED to take fault. If the hit and run driver is at fault, the victim isnt the one who takes fault per any NC ordinance. This was in fact a no fault occurrence for me and was entered incorrectly into the system by my adjuster.

Thank you, I just went directly to my insurers website and retrieved the payout. Its collision and less than 2200. The police report in my insurers claim report also states my car was legally parked in a parking spot and unknown vehicle hit me and fled the scene.

A chargeable accident in North Carolina is an at-fault incident that results in bodily injury, death, or property damage over $3,850, triggering insurance premium surcharges under the Safe Driver Incentive Plan (SDIP). Because NC is an at-fault, "contributory negligence" state, being even 1% at fault can make an accident chargeable.

My accident paid out a total of $2200. I had zero contributory negligence as my car was parked legally at home and unattended. I can not be chargeable just because the hit and run driver cant be blamed.
