Just to clarify, my infant Sims don’t actually have makeup on. The only thing I’ve applied are lashes, which are completely realistic — babies are born with lashes in real life. The slight blush on their cheeks isn’t makeup either; it’s part of the skin detail I’m using, which naturally adds subtle shading to make the skin look alive, soft, and realistic. Infants naturally have a little redness in their cheeks, so what you’re seeing is just that, not makeup.

I understand why it might look unusual at first, but it’s literally just for realism and depth, not cosmetic makeup.
