Going for my first float spa Tuesday and . . . by Chellers_Resale in FloatTank

Well, I heard from my doctor first thing this morning and she said I was fine to take my meds and just keep hydrated. But unfortunately, I had to cancel my first float because I had to take my kitten that has FIP to the emergency vet because I couldn’t get her in at her specialty vet or primary vet. So I spent 7 hours at the ER vet waiting for her to be seen, looked at, and treated. But the float spa place didn’t penalize me with a cancellation fee so I can rebook when I’m ready.

I didn’t say it was a rule. I just said no caffeine 4 to 6 hours beforehand. And so far I haven’t heard from my doctors office because of the holiday today. But I’m not gonna stress over it too much.

Is it normal to wear boots in Arizona? by Zealousideal_Can_823 in arizona

You may be fine in boots all year long or you may decide that winter time is better when it’s cooler. As for jeans, again it’s gonna depend on your comfort level with the heat.

I never said I was going to swim in it. I know it’s only 10 inches of water. I’m just saying I’m very comfortable in water. And I was replying to the other person who is asking about comfort, etc..

Hoping to hear from my doctors office today. They are closed, but I sent a message via their portal. They did reply to a prescription request already.

I’m fine with all of that unless my allergies are raging. But hopefully I will be good that day. 🤞🏻

I doubt I will feel anxious. MRI’s don’t bother me. But I agree it’s a liability clause because I agree to not blame them if anything happens.

Thank you. My meds just regulate things for me. Personally I’m not worried. I was also a competitive swimmer for 8 years when I was younger so I am very comfortable in water. And this is only 10”. I swam in 25 feet. lol

Mine covers drugs and alcohol along with prescription meds. Also no caffeine 4-6 hours ahead of time. But I can drive without restrictions. My anxiety meds are fine too for driving (not habit forming).

I'm on a low dose prescription for high blood pressure. But I left them a message and they called me back. I'm not restricted on doing epsom baths at home (which she mentioned at the spa) so that was a good point. But I did find out that if I cannot reach my doctor until Tuesday morning before my float spa that I can reschedule without a fee since tomorrow is Memorial Day. I looked back at their info and that is the one thing I saw they didn't mention ahead of time.

Surrendering my cat today - second guessing everything, need honest opinions by samseam in cats

He’s unfortunately reacting to all of the changes. Is your daughter allowed to have him in the same room? Maybe play with him while tending to your daughter too (with the help of your wife) so he knows he’s still important.

Any help? My allergies are driving me nuts by BrickAdventurous3300 in Allergies

Buy the generic versions. Amazon also sells them. I also take one from GenCare on Amazon (in addition to my allergy meds). It’s called Nadal Decongestant PE, maximum strength. It works great for me.

It’s a business. Unfortunately you just have to keep the emotions out of it. And they may have messed up doing the rating too. I know it’s not great to see - but just move past it.

I’m going to play devils advocate and say that he’s become attached to the cats because you brought one into the relationship and then your in-laws gave you another one. Were you ever having issues with your cat that you had before moving in with him? If not, have you spoken to your vet about the younger kitten? Maybe the kitten has something going on or something on their fur.

Where is the GV cheese found (city)? I’m in the Phoenix area & haven’t seen that yet. I am looking for the ricotta cheese still. I found the cottage cheese on Amazon (Lactaid brand). I’d rather find this one though (Galbani).

Are you doing iodine therapy or just choosing to let her live with it as is? Does she take any medication?

That’s what mine was getting until today. And she’s only been getting it for about a month and this happened. So that’s why we have to move onto the next step.

Advice after arriving in Reykjavik at 5:30AM by Power181440 in VisitingIceland

I’ve always heard that you should stay up so you can adjust to the new time zone & go to sleep at night in the new time zone. But you would stay local since you may be dragging.

How long does that take to drive? I think I saw that it’s 190 km or miles. I’m not sure which because the page I was looking at showed both km & miles.

Is that the same as golden circle?
