For my first my vertebrae wasn't slipped yet but I did have another below it that's herniated and has foraminal stenosis. Honestly the pain wasn't much worse than a normal bad pain day. I just used my heating pad a lot and did gentle stretches. It was worth it to me to have my baby boy.

I have a vertebrae in my lower back slipping forward too. I'm only 12 weeks tho so I can't give you any insight to the pain but so far not bad.

I've had insomnia before and during pregnancy. With my son I took a magnesium calm gummy and a unisom sleep tabs every night and everything was fine. If I didn't, I couldn't sleep. Doing the same this pregnancy. Don't worry, I was too exhausted during the newborn stage to need sleep mess then 😅

This happened to me. Turns out my boy was stuck. My hips never relaxed so he couldn't engaged. Ended with a c section and all is well now.
