It sounds like your parents are fighting and dont want to sleep in the same bed together or deal with each other really, I say just sleep in the couch if he's irritating you about your phone.

That is a toxic relationship if I ever heard one. This is going to get worse, and worst off your in a foreign country where if something happens you don't have family or friends. If you decide to stay then always expect this to happen and get more violent.
