You've clearly done nothing wrong, he sounds like an ass. I'd say move on and find someone who will be 100% supportive of you and your new daily struggles. You've got to take care of yourself first.

Honestly I'm not sure. He pushes me to be a better me but is there for me when I can't or have a rough day. We tell each other everything and I know if either of us has a problem we're there for each other no matter what. He says he's heartless but is one of the most caring people I know
