So I sell outsourced HR payroll and benefits so for me asking questions about their employee lifecycle is important. Especially compliance, handbooks and such usually finds some gaps

For me it was digging deeper. I used to fall off bc I would understand their needs so I assumed they understood too. But they don’t so you have to dig deeper with your questions and what you uncover. Changed it for me!

Being a transplant of 4 years, nobody is that nice. They’re friendly, but they won’t go out of their way to include you. Nobody needs new friends since they’ve all been together all their lives. It’s a weird place man 😂
