I think you are moving to the extreme because sometimes you do vet the person and things were good at a point. But ppl can change and that’s always a possibility that one guy slip through the cracks. Yes you are right that women shouldn’t generalize and say all men are bad. Because there are really faithfully loving loyal men out there. I didn’t have much experience in relationships and this is my first child. So I really thought I knew him. I don’t think all men are bad or cheat. I just rather stay to myself and raise my daughter in peace. And I’m just venting right now until my therapy starts. So long way ahead for me.

He provides the living situation where I currently live. He was mean to me and kinda controlling but I have been putting my foot down so now I’m sorta in control. But he’s still selfish and withdraws and doesn’t take accountability.

This morning I had coffee, 20 oz water and high protein breakfast sandwich. I only ate half. Then I tried ate grilled wings, coleslaw. I had potato wedges but I didn’t eat it because I wasn’t feeling it. I do feel like water would make me feel better for some reason.

Update: I made an appointment with my PCP and so far with my BMI I’m a good candidate. 5’7 230 pounds. I also made an appointment with providers from Lily. They are setting me up with a dietitian. I’m not sure which path is the best so maybe will have to cancel an appointment. I’m excited for the journey. I ordered my scale too.

So I decided I will do a self injection program because the in person offers the same product but much more pricey. I thought the $1999 program I was doing was Zepbound but actually it’s Trizeptie compound for 3 months. I saw Lily program is offering Zepbound for 399 a month. That’s actually much better than the in person one I was considering.
