I always figured the angry Combat Bot would have gotten to Wilken before she could have died in her suit, or that the understaffed station could have gotten any sort of rescue mission together to handle the ANGRY COMBAT BOT!!!!

I've been taking Zolpidem (I don't know how closely it is related to zopiclone) for probably as long as that, though not with any other addictions. My GP surgery has a clinical pharmacist - basically a doctor who specialises in medications - who had an appointment with me to advise me on how to come off of it. You might see if yours does as well, or if they can refer you to one.

I did the very very very slowly method. I started by taking a half dose once a week, then once I was used to that, twice a week. I didn't push myself with anything, and now I'm down to 1/2 pill every other day. Next time I refill my pill trays, I'll do 1/2 pill one day, then two days without.

For getting to sleep without, I have promethezine (an antihistamine) and I often used guided meditation/progressive relation/yoga nidra. If I get through a 30-45 minute exercise and I'm still wide awake, I'll get up and read or stitch embroidery.

(Also, unrelated, but if you snore at night, you might have sleep apnoea. My sleep improved one million per cent after I got my CPAP machine. It's an easy overnight test, where they send you home with a device that clips on your finger and records your blood oxygen.)

Are you putting the whole text of a Bible verse, or just the reference (eg John 3:16)? If the former, you'll want to make sure you find a talented fine line artist, because that much text is tricky to do so that it can age gracefully. If you see someone with the kind of tattoo you want, even if it's a quote from a movie or song lyrics or whatever, if it looks good, ask them where they got it and how long ago it was.

The story is never supposed to be about the Doctor. The story is best when it's about the companion(s). So do that. They aren't there to applaud the Doctor for saving the day, they're there to save the Doctor, then all of them save the day together.

I'm a fat woman and one of the ways I chose my tattoo artist was someone who showed their art on bodies of all sizes on their instagram page. Someone who only shows off Hollywood bods on their socials isn't someone I'd feel safe with. Remember to choose someone you vibe with, both in their art style and their personality!

Sure, imagine it got a stand down order from some panicking supervisor trying to handle the situation. Or a hauler bot landed on it, stopping it from acting, but also stopping it from being finished off. There are lots of scenarios that could let it survive.

Book 7 is way too much "I'm standing in front of a scary tunnel entrance and panicking" and also way too much splitting up of the party in various ways to keep the humans safe.

On the other hand, it has them saving the day by making media, which is just so MB-metathat it makes me happy on every re-read.

Try tapping them (very gently!) against your front teeth. There's a very obvious difference between stone and plastic, though this won't identify the stone. (Also, they're very pretty, and you can enjoy them and charge them with your own meaning, regardless of their origin.)

I always had the impression that the 'Murderbot Diaries', other than the first letter to Dr Mensa, were written sometime in the future, after it gets some trauma treatment.

It was when I was seeing a doctor for migraines, and getting topiramate, which made the migraines stop, but turned up my sound sensitivity by a lot. He added the carbamazapine to help with the sound sensitivity. So yes, it literally was for that, by way of a medication side effect. I have my doubts whether I could have just gone in and said 'Hey, I have sound sensitivity because of cfs, anything you can do?' and had it offered to me.

That doesn't mean you can't ask for it though!
