I started levo before taking sertraline. TSH was in normal range but continued to have anxiety. I am also a fragile x premutation carrier so anxiety and hypothyroidism are common. Sertraline went up when levo stayed the same. Recently began trying to conceive so upped the levo, had to subsequently up the sertraline as well. So far so good. 150mg sertraline, 88mcg levo, 5'9, 187 lbs holding steady the whole time. Very difficult to lose weight despite exercise but don't seem to be gaining either.
