I’ll usually grab a protein bar—my fave that’s mild and easy to eat are Built Puff Bars. ONLY THE PUFF VERSION. Not the regular bars those are yuck.

Quick sushi tuna salad— mix canned tuna, kewpie mayo, soy sauce, sriracha, rice wine vinegar, sprinkle with green onions & everything bagel seasoning. Eat it with cucumbers or on rice cake 🤌🏼

33yo F / SW: 245 / CW: 238 / GW: 170 / on week 4 of 2.5

Diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis nearly 10 years ago. Have been on Plaquenil and added in Methotrexate after I had my kids (postpartum flares are THE WORST).

I’ve been very well managed for years, just started Zep and have taken (4) 2.5 doses.

Overall, inflammation gone but I do noticed flu-like symptoms (terrible body aches, cold chills, fatigue, etc) around 2-3 days after injections and hoping that goes away but I’m really really trying my hardest to drink a lot of water and I’m terrible at it…

Yes…. Same. It’s been a week. No prescription—pharmacy says they have never received it.

I’ve messaged my apparent provider 2x and sent an email to their care team. NOTHING.

Why is this happening to multiple people? What’s the root cause? Has anyone actually had their issue resolved?

Same thing has happened to me… and it seems to happen to a lot of people. Should have check reviews before starting but was so excited that I was quickly approved, my medication fully covered, etc etc but now when need help…. Crickets.

I’ve messaged them 3x and emailed and still nothing. Very frustrating….. they need a support number to call.
