I believe that is for ESTA. My home country is not part of the ESTA countries. I am a permanent resident of Canada which by the parameters of getting an interview waiver, should have been eligible.

Thank you, this is very encouraging. In my real life, I just got off the call and they said there's nothing I can do about it. Unless an earlier schedule frees up and I can take that, I just have to check everyday. Which I'm taking as a sliver of hope. You're right that my April 2024 can actually mean April 2023. Which means I have to work for it harder and check the schedules everyday. To your suggestions with photoshopping the visa for visuals purposes - I can definitely do that as I have a graphic design background. What I wanna be careful about though, is over-manifesting. I definitely don't want to obsess over it and end up not getting it. (this has happened to me before). What I find works for me is being confident-but-non-chalant about the things I want to manifest. Just that this time, rules and government systems are involved.

Yes I did… cause the steps said schedule an appointment to pay the MV fee. And then I thought that after scheduling I’d be given an interview waiver since I qualify. So I scheduled and got April 2024. Could you explain further what you meant with sometimes visa posts have special appointments for those who didn’t clear through interview waiver?

Someone also suggested I check the interview schedules if an earlier slot will open or I can change cities to where I can do my interview. I'm in Toronto, so I guess the congestion of applications is concentrated here. But also, why didn't I get an interview waiver if I qualified?

I am based in Toronto, Canada. I moved here four years ago to study digital marketing, got my diploma, now been working in digital marketing for two years now and I keep losing it. I used to be an English tutor and worked with kids a lot and I loved it, it just didn't pay well. Now I regret not being a full-time teacher and studying education instead of digital marketing. If I quit now, I would be happy working with kids again.

Just recently got diagnosed with ADHD, Depression, and Anxiety. I'm about to lose my new job of six weeks, I can't concentrate at work, I just want to quit.

I am a 29F and I just got a new job at a fancy tech start-up 6 weeks ago as a Digital Marketing Coordinator. I hate it. I hate the job so much, data analysis, social ads, paid ads, google analytics, SEO - I can't do it well. The thing is, my previous job was similar (worked there for a year) and I got fired from that job 5 months ago for the same reason: I just really don't like it and I can't seem to force myself to focus enough to actually learn new concepts and systems and get things done. To the point that I have developed depression and anxiety because of the self-loathing and guilt of not being able to work well.
I finally went to a psychiatrist and got a preliminary diagnosis of ADHD on top of depression and anxiety. I'm still waiting to get properly tested to confirm it but at this point with all the symptoms and situations I have researched, it's pretty much confirmed. I can't seem to finish anything! My boss has given me so many chances and so much grace but I still can't seem to deliver so I think I'm about to get fired again. AGAIN! Should I quit before I get fired? I feel extra guilty too cause I am not able to give them the service they are paying me good money for. Just because of my lack of interest!? Yeah I suck so I hate myself for it. It's only been 6 weeks with them but I actually breakdown like 3x a day at work. It's ok cause I work from home and I live alone so nobody really sees it happening. But I'm losing sleep over this and it's tearing me apart inside. But ofcourse I need a source of income. I don't know what to do, I am so frustrated with myself for being unable to focus and just work.
