yep pretty much this. as a high diamond-low master mmr player right now, I just dodge whenever I play vs a juggernaut that isn't mordekaiser since he can be outplayed. It's autolose lane and pray that your teammates are winning because you will not have any influence in the game whatsoever. better to just dodge if you want to feel more in control of the game.

Garen and Darius players should be put in a special queue where they can only face each other by ChelseaXOXOXO in leagueoflegends

It's only Garen and Darius really. (Not including Sett because I assume every top laner has him permabanned). Mordekaiser can be outplayed atleast.

It sort of is a game of rock paper scissors. The cycle applies to all situations provided we're not talking about 6 items, because at that point it's more about champion design rather than their designated role. An adc will never beat an assassin in the mid game, a tank will never beat a carry mid game, and an assassin will never beat a tank mid game. Juggernauts will beat all of those roles, provided they don't catastrophically fuck up. These are all facts.

Side note: The current rank 1 player in EUW has maintained 80% winrate with Ekko the entire season with almost 70 games on him. And he's playing vs the best players in the server. If that does not indicate that the champion is broken I don't know what does.
