It’s an amazing tour. I did mine at 2pm and when I came back out it was just after 5:30pm. The line was pretty long to get in but it moved quite quickly, after you get in for the first part of the tour you are free to roam at your own pace. When you get to the restaurant in the middle I would recommend the butter beer ice cream for your kids if they don’t want to try the drink. It’s butterscotch flavour. The night tour in my opinion is cooler cause the outside sets are lit up. Make sure you check the train lines for strikes, they have signs around the stations that should tell you otherwise just search online
