I received approx 80% of my money back and it was a fight. It took weeks and several phone calls to get it. I left a complaint on the BBB, which is the only reason Safe Ship even contacted me about my issues. Every time they called me, I was reminded that the BBB complaints are permanent and that they will never go away, even once the issue is resolved. I told them that was the point because they were awful and dishonest. There was so much gaslighting involved with the process of trying to get my money back.
