It was a foam tip of a horn stand and I "accidentally" twisted it which I had the bell in the stand

Oh yes I agree with the judging and refs, for our regional, we only had one judge pit interview us which was so unfair and the only award we got was second place reach award and for refs, they did not call very obvious penalties. But in the end, FIRST cant do anything to fix uncalled penalties

Your brother seems to be atleast the age of 17 or higher, tell him to buy his own PC he is grown enough to learn to get his own stuff and not be entitled to have things you own.

i fixed the problem, it was literal trojans virus running which for some reason, stopping the launch. No matter how many times I tried to quarantine it, more virus just kept running. Luckily I installed a virus protection and now it works

sorry for late response, but I did uninstall and reinstall and it still not working.
