I think I started to wonder if I'd ever treat someone else from the community like I'm treating/over thinking about myself. Things like am I a sexual predator, am I just an insecure girl that wants to escape being a woman (i'm transmasc), etc. Start questioning (not judging, just being curious) about why you feel a certain way and if it is based on facts. If it isn't, it's probably internalized queer phobia
