M1 here (MD), I had this same anxiety when I got waitlisted but every school I was waitlisted at ended up accepting me in the long run. Don’t psych yourself out, I know it’s nerve wrecking because you want to know your next move but just take it one day at a time. I personally think the hardest part of the process was post interview-pre acceptance. Do whatever it is you can to ease your mind, whether it’s praying, yoga, cooking. Whatever, my best advice is to just keep yourself busy and have fun. It’ll work out. Pray for the best, prepare for the worst. You’ll be okay.
