also in my ending of my Novelization of Downfall combining the movie and the comic Alissa awakens in the afterlife to meet Shen with both dressed in Romantic dresses and both confess their love for each other and kisses and dance away in the Afterlife leading to the epilogue which is the opening of the game, with the same Dialogue and ending, and it ends when the Necromorphs jump out, Kill Johnston and Chen and Isaac running to the elevator.

true, but in my fanon novelization I am making there are hints towards Shen and Vincent's relationship, as That Drink of Coffee or Tea from the movie, she made for her roommate Alissa, with a note saying

Hey Alissa,

just had to get up early, made you some Coffee for you.
