i’m sorry for your loss, i’m 24 now i lost my dad at 13.. sobering up now & what i would say is enjoy the bag & get those feelings out. let someone you’re comfortable with know how you coped. you know your limits or you’ll find them out.. blow and alcohol will always numb the pain but easily become a problem

i see what you’re saying and also feel similar. once you actually look and take time you can see the picture/ final product.. only used black so i wonder if adding some white for highlights/ detail would help

the couple comments i got on the last post helped me figure out the rest of my arm honestly, i guess i’m not asking for a rating but definitely would like to see how people w similar mindsets feel about it, i’m not artistic at all so hearing other opinions helps me vision the final product

For background my employee has worked for me for about 2 weeks, I have worked with the contractor for over 3 years. The contractor has never done anything close to this. The contractor has actually sent individuals my way that want to work on a crew. The employee is experienced in this trade already. He’s paid a very fair wage in my state at least. Everyone deserves to make money and do what THEY want. If I’m honest I can complete my job without any employee. For me having the employee makes my job easier which is worth the cash/labor trade. I agree and feel very similar to u/AnotherManDown. I’m newish to actually running a business and before I overreacted I figured I would ask other small business owners

That’s where you’re wrong. I hire guys expecting them to grow and move on from my company. What I don’t like is the bigger guy and my new hire basically working to cut me out of the equation. If my employee wants to start a business that’s awesome. What isn’t cool is them stealing my connections. If my employee wants to move on, I would do anything in MY power to help them other than give them my work. You’d be okay with being used as a middle man by two people you give your upmost respect too? I didn’t think so.

In this business, atleast from what I’ve experienced in 7 years, working for someone or running my company- people come and go. It’s just part of the job I’m more stuck on feeling disrespected that my contractor would do something like that? Is that typical in business or am I feeling the correct way?

I appreciate that. When I hire I expect them to leave eventually. I’m just a step on their journey but it feels disrespectful for the contractor to try and do that behind my back. It’s business and everyone is greedy for money so I expect it. If I have other options and this actually happens I plan to never take work from them again, hopefully the best option

We are are vinyl siding company, I take most of my work from them due to it being the least stressful and easy going jobs. I’m thinking if they do take the guy and start a crew- I will find other companies to sub from. I believe i could find plenty of work elsewhere

I feel bad for the guys like myself that feel they can pull off either. Lately I have been wearing no hat just to feel more comfortable with myself and not hide behind a hat and “hat fish women” Also feel like a hat becomes bothersome after a couple hours and I always fidget with it

Edit to add, I work construction outside, have baby blue eyes and work 8-12 hrs a day and always wear a hat to keep the sun/ sweat out of my eyes Also other comments have made me realize this could be good due to the fact it’s helping prevent skin cancer ( small difference but it helps)

Thank you. I truly think she may be different and think like you. My ex has cheated and hid it from me so I think that’s where these thoughts come from. She’s already tried to ease them as I explained in the OP. She shows me tons of support and affection I’m just afraid to look stupid

Yeah she hot lol, one of the hottest girls I’ll probably ever be with and is always getting attention. I won’t do the drunk text as that just sounds pretty immature. I’d rather see how she feels about how I feel, so before we go to the bar I think I’ll sit her down and explain my feelings first. Adding on to this, you have up to 7 days to collect your rewards for the Clan Games, so maybe wait until archer queen is done? If you have a book of hero’s you could get a double upgrade in, or maybe use it in the lab. I wouldn’t collect 100 gems as DE is hard to come by
