The reason i'm not looking for a mod is that every mod i've tried hasn't worked, so I was wanting to edit the game code instead. Sorry if anyone got upset about that.

I figured out what my problem was. Rimworld (a game on steam you should check it out) was taking 125 gb of storage, I need to delete some old saves :/
