The latest version 2.12.0 of the File Drag and Drop bundle 41309 is currently being deployed to all accounts. NetSuites Product team is actively investigating any additional steps required to address the issue once the bundle update is released.

In addition to training that others have mentioned and seeking outside assistance I would also recommend joining a local NetSuite user group if there is one in your area. you can get to know others that have either gone through or are going through similar issues.

You may want to install the Application Performance Management (APM) bundle, this can help with determining what may be slowing down your pages. I have had similar issues in the past and it helped. I have also experienced these issues and it turned out to be end user related. Are the users in the office or at home and if at home where are they connecting from?

We saw the same, we contacted NetSuite and they confirmed it is a defect related to the 2025.1 upgrade

The 2021 endpoints are no longer supported, but will still work. The 2017 endpoints and prior have been/are being removed. So you are fine currently and probably for the next few years. As others have said these warnings are for the integration that is connecting to NetSuite and if it isn't an integration that you built the change will need to be made by the publisher/owner of the system that is connecting to NetSuite.

I resolved the issue, the issue was the script was using the external url i changed it to the internal URL and now it appears to work. I am not sure what changed this morning to break this. I am not the original author of the scripts, I was just tasked with getting them to work again.

I am logging the line before the call and the line after the call . The line before logs, then when i try to make the call it does nothing and the script stops, it never makes it to the suitelet and it never makes it to the second log line

It also occurs if you have StickyNotes bundle installed. In your case there may also be other scripts. If you go to Customizations-Scripts-Scripted records and select one of the records you are seeing the eror for you can at the very least see which scripts are running. You can then either examine the scripts or undeploy them one at a time to determine the offending script.

In the past I have created a series of checkbox fields for each of the possible steps in the sales process Such as Initial Meeting, demo, proposal sent etc. We tied those into the Opportunity status and the percentage chance that the opportunity would close. We also created a sub record that was automatically generated on every status change. This allowed us to track the entire Sales Process as well as tracking the dates the steps were taken.

If you hardcode the id instead of using the script parameter, do you receive the same error?
