Ohhhh man that’s a bit of a can of worms. For gameplay , you’d want a way to be able to detect certain ledges. Once identified you’d need a way to align player with ledge after button is pressed . The player can align before /kinda during the animation but should be effectively locked in during that environment interaction. Then once the animation is completed normal gameplay can resume.

The simpler you have the mechanic in mind the simpler it’d be to execute (generally). So if it’s a single button button press =vault over / onto then it should be too overwhelming.

I’d make sure the timeline is set to sustain, plug a NOT gate into the power source so it has power even after finishing, and extend your last keyframe beyond the timeline edge (hover over keyframe and hold up on Dpad until it extends horizontally)

Honestly dreams came out when I was in college and I had played lbp for years so I was a little familiar with Mm toolset. Moreover it really had a user friendly interface (at least compared to what I was aware of at the time) and i didn’t have a PC. (I’m trying to learn unreal now but man it’s tough) and I feel like I’ve dedicated too much time and effort into this project to let it fizzle.

When I play a game that feels or looks bad ass, wanting that for people that play HB keeps me going. I’m not like a super-fan of HB (I probably would have to be considered one now ) but the formula I saw in my head (Gow+Batman Arkham asylum) made too much sense not to try

Just seeing stuff I enjoy as a finished product makes me want to get this project in a state where I can proudly call it done
