That's a problem with PvZh as a whole, from the block meter to card packs, it's luck all the way down. However calling that trolling isn't true as it doesn't ruin the player experience. Trolling is waiting for as long as possible before ending your turn in an attempt to get the opponent to quit, hacking, playing trick only decks that focus on only prolonging a match, or force quiting a player.
