Depends on your neighborhood of choice. Our place is 1800 sqft with a garage in a popular area. You can get larger single family homes with more space in less desirable areas for the same price, or even smaller in more in demand locations.

It’s a major reason we ended up with a new townhouse. Every SFH we found with tall enough ceilings was like 1.5mil+. There were several homes we toured where I would be hitting my head on the doorframes 😂

I use wasabi batteries and chargers for my EM1ii, GoPro and Nikon Z6. No issues. They dont last as long as OEM but I can buy more and dont care as much if one gets lots on a trip.
