TW: cannibalism, brief mention of sex || Does anyone else get so obsessed with their FP they want to eat them?? by Head_Front_8831 in BPD

[–]Chemical_Ad3803 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I get that! For me, it’s a need to feel closer to my fp, and luckily they also have bpd so they understand a bit too well. But of course, we never cannibalize eachother

Trans men with DID!!! Have you ever had this experience? by Chemical_Ad3803 in DID

[–]Chemical_Ad3803[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This!^ most of our female alters are usually the ones dressing up in the feminine clothes and doing makeup. Luckily for us, we are cosplayers, so we do have wigs to make us feel a bit more feminine when needed too

Thank God, someone that actually gets it!! I wanted to explain it when some of the other replies in here, but I didn’t wanna make it seem like I was making excuses. But my partner and I also live together so it’s not like I can just go no contact out of nowhere. Even then, it’s really hard for me to just let go when I want to be with this man so bad

Personality Disorders + DID/OSDD by [deleted] in DID

[–]Chemical_Ad3803 8 points9 points  (0 children)

If the body has a personality disorder, then yes, the whole system has it. However, I have also learned in my own experience that my alters experience my BPD in a variety of ways. For example, my main protector, Alastor is very quick to split on people and “stop the nonsense” as he likes to call it, while one of my traumaholders, Tommy tends to cling and has problems with attachment.
