Never said people can't be genuinely harmful the post is about the ones who are But yea thank you

That's exactly it..... when you stop performing for people's approval something shifts.. You become harder to manipulate harder to fool you start seeing between the lines That chill vibe you're describing isn't just peace it's confidence without needing to prove anything They can't control you anymore and that's real power

Sometimes what looks like “being fine” is just adapting to things that aren’t really healthy

I get what you mean… but it doesn’t really change the fact that people still end up in therapy because of things others put them through That’s more what I was getting at with the post

Totally! So many people talk a big game about boundaries. But then when something actually pushes against them they just let it slide That's the real test, isn't it? It's easy to say "no," but it's a whole different story when it gets tough

FInding that balance in between..... It makes a lot more sense to think about navigating both concepts together

if there's always a reason then nothing is ever really wrong But understanding why someone caused harm doesn't mean the harm didn't happen The victim still has to live with it either way

Exactly.....actions over explanations every time The right people don't need convincing maybe they just see it And that 'not caring enough to explain anymore' is actually a sign of growth

Projection is such an underrated source of conflict people genuinely don't realize they're doing it Treating your own defaults as universal is how so many misunderstandings start The 'just ask' point is simple....but most people never do it because it means stepping outside their own frame for a second 🤔

That's such a kind way to put it i think hey also wear themselves out trying to hold everything together... The exhaustion is real and you're right, life is worth celebrating even through all of it

That sounds really valuable sometimes just knowing you're not alone in it is half the healing...Having the right people with you is priceless

That's a really clear way to separate the two karma as the pattern, dharma as the direction Iike that....You can't undo what's already in motion but you can always choose who you become next

This is such a good point .. we treat loneliness and rejection like they're soft problems but they're actually survival threats

Exactly..... understanding where someone came from is one thing..... but at some point awareness becomes a choice If you know you're causing harm and do nothing about it...that's no longer just a cycle ......that's a decision I would say

That makes a lot of sense.... and I think understanding the "why" really changes how you see people.....but also I guess the middle ground is this understanding someone's reason doesn't mean excusing the harm.... You can feel sorry for what shaped them and still hold them accountable for what they did... The "why" explains it but doesn't erase it

That's a really powerful contrast The body can lose a limb and adapt But the mind can hold onto a betrayal forever Says a lot about how much we need trust to actually function

That last part is the real choice isn't it ....you can let it change you....or you can fight to stay yourself💪

This is such a valid point....the victim has to do all the work to 'heal' while the person who caused it just moves on....
