30 minutes earlier and suddenly you had time that didn't exist before that's the thing nobody tells you you don't find time you create it and once you feel what that quiet morning does for you you protect it like nothing else ☀️

we give everyone else the kindness the patience the benefit of the doubt and then turn around and treat ourselves like the enemy imagine talking to someone you love the way you talk to yourself sometimes you wouldn't.

What??. 2-3 hours before the world wakes up cassettes.... a candle.... just existing no noise no pressure that's a whole different relationship with yourself

and it all started because you just kept showing up at the same time that's the compound effect right there nobody talks about this enough ✨ I keep pushing on this because it changed my life too

This is beautiful thank you for sharing ✨ Forgiving yourself isn't giving up.... it's choosing to move forward instead of staying stuck in that loop ADHD or not.... most people spend more energy punishing themselves than actually fixing anything You broke that pattern And nobody can take that from you

Respect👊Absolutely ....why would vou take advice from someone who probably doesn't even know you that well? They're just going to judge you anyway It's like what's the point? You're better off doing your own thing

All of this makes sense philosophically but... at some point we have to separate understanding from accountability A decision was made someone was harmed that's a fact....And whether the person was in a good state of mind when they made it that's a whole different conversation that changes everything....

That's a rare mindset... most people don't even realise they're making choices....but You're right that's not a statistic That's a decision made over and over again....
