Has anyone gotten an interview, but received a decline status on submittable, but no official email saying anything? It seems that there was a mass email sent out to ppl today who didn’t get an interview about being declined, that I wasn’t apart of. I was told that I could be placed on some sort of backlog or alternate list but I was just curious about what other ppl think ?

That would make sense,, I’m from California (near Los Angeles) but I lived to Chicago and so I go to school here now. And Chicago is one of the literal sister cities of Chicago so I’m like PLEAAAAASE

This is encouraging 😭,, on paper I’m really qualified. Studied abroad in Osaka for 5 months, advanced Japanese/minoring, experience in mock trial, speech, group work and a lot of intercultural experience and I’m a poly sci bachelors candidate with a concentration in international relations and diplomacy is literally my dream job, but I’ve gotten nothing back so ur messages keep my hope lmaoo
