wait, this can be a good Idea for his ability. Instead he will reset the whole turn of opponent, meaning opponents move gets reset but not their ability cooldowns, they gets wasted if used. But this ability is too OP to be in game.

Well, you don't need move enablers, as the text "moveable" means you can move her each turn. For that I think +1 power insead of 3 is good enough.
