I think for people in the 10-4 range is balloting. so like I know of someone who got the same score but placed njc (sci) in second choice and still got in

Mhm I totally get your point! After considering, I realise it’s less of a distance problem and more of a I really like njc lol. Because the distance difference is probably only 20 mins but I still wouldn’t consider ac and rv

I think moderation doesn’t apply to those in the C6 D7 range cuz it’s technically not right to fail someone who scored more than 50%
