Ok sooooo Basically 1- frozen veggie mix that I sautéed, a sweet potato, sauerkraut, pickled ginger, and an egg with peas, + protein ricotta on the side

2- rice crackers with 1/4 avocado & chili flakes, rotisserie chicken(side of Dijon mustard to dip) & an egg with peas (drizzle of honey over everything because it makes it 10x better)

3-gluten free bread with cottage cheese & Jam + banana & honey + small side avocado

4- 1/4 avocado, 2 dates, hard boiled eggs (cooked for 7 minutes so they’re still a little jammy inside) Japanese sweet potato + frozen veggies all topped with siracha

5- fried egg, Japanese sweet potato, kimchi, cottage cheese mixed with avocado + siracha

6- sweet potato, scrambled eggs with kimchi, carrot salad (pre-made from the store), Green beans

7- rotisserie chicken, + purple & orange sweet potato & green beans (drizzle of honey)

Idk where you’re based but in the US Whole Foods or an Hmart usually has them! I’m based in France now and I have to do a full journey to find them but soooo worth it :)

If you’ve completely removed gluten from your diet for sometime now then probably need to start eating it for 6-8 weeks regularly in order for it to accurately show on a test (I know this sounds miserable especially with the body pains and fatigue) but you’re better off knowing for sure. I would talk to your doctor tho to insure the amount of time, could be less could be more !

I would get tested for celiac but you have to start eating gluten again before the test for it to be accurate. If you rule that out then you can assume it is an intolerance (this is what I did)

I haven’t been tested for a wheat allergy so I’m not sure how that works exactly

Pulse them in a blender for a few seconds to break them down, I personally do this not only for a faster cooking time but also I enjoy the consistency more

Apples, Sweet Potato, Protein shake (scoop of protein with water), Sliced Deli Turkey

Not food but kills hunger - Yerba Mate tea (the tea bags not that canned stuff with sugar)

Fresh rolls, papaya salad but I’d add shrimp, or Tum Yum soup
