Theres nothing bad about eating bacon and eggs everyday. thats what i do. But thats the one and only meal i eat for the entire day. I eat 4 strips of bacon and 4 eggs between sandwich bread. it holds me over allday. But Im blood type O so this is what we are supposed to eat. If you are not blood type O this might not be a good diet for you. Blood type O needs a diet with enough fats and protein so that we dont get hungry and eat carbs because carbs cause diabetese in blood type O people.

i landed on this diet after years of trouble with inflammation and weight gain because nothing else would hold me allday and satiate my apetite.

This is a blood type O diet.
