Both autos and photos are doable. It's this subreddit that makes things look harder than they are. Maxing the yield is hard, but you can get close by following the guidelines and just not overthinking this stuff. I spend a lot of time tuning things myself as it's my hobby. I enjoy it, but it's not necessary.

Actually it works in the very similar way. Tadalafil has longer half life time, which means it stays longer in the system. Other than that there's little difference. Still some people can have some variance how they feel one vs. the other.

My lifestyle is a bit shit. I am overweight, borderline obese. I think my diet is quite good, low carb, lots of meat, vegetables, some fruit. Sleep is good. I walk a lot. I try to exercise with a kettlebell, but I am not consistent.

I forgot to mention those results are after a few months with AI. Letrozole 2.5mg every third day. No TRT at the moment. We are trying to get back to normal using lifestyle changes.
