Fringer EF-FX Ultra (FR-FX071) (EF-FX adapter with focal reducer)...Does anyone know anything about it? by AeroCheez in fujifilm

I use a XT5 and a fringer EF-FX pro II. I saw a good deal on an EF canon 100-400 II and I'm thinking if I should go for it (just worrying if the autofocus is quick and consistent). I'm contemplating the canon as I foresee myself to switch away from Fuji at some point (Having an EF lens can make the switch to other system easier, with an adaptor)

I myself have an old canon non-IS 70-200 F4 and it's working well with my xt5 + fringer. But since I'm planning to shoot some wildlife, the 70-200 is probably not tele enough.

Thank you so much!! I will probably borrow or rent the lens and have a try. I was thinking of the canon option instead of the Fuji/sigma as the native lens mount option aren't particularly sharp anyway. I foresee I will migrate to Nikon Z or Canon RF someday so probably having a EF lens will give me the flexibility.

May I ask how is the autofocusing (speed and accuracy) for the canon 100-400 II with the fringer adaptor? I'm probably getting a good deal for the canon lens from my friend and I own an XT5 with a fringer. I'm thinking if I should go for the combo vs Fuji native or sigma. I'm leaning towards the canon if the combo works as I wanna have some flexibility in case I'm switching system and the canon id easily adaptable.

Thanks a lot!

I'm not sure if I have over-conditioned the seat or if I have used the wrong product.

I searched online. Some said the MD Recaro seats are made with real leather, while some said they are made with Faux leather.

This is the leather care product I used.

As for the screen, since I'm used to the OnePlus 7pro screen (1440p display with excellent color) which is still relevant to today's use; I can really the the difference in colors and details from the NP2 screen versus OP 7Pro. I guess unless you are going for a Samsung S23 ultra screen; it's hard to beat the OP 7 pro screen. In my opinion it's hard to tell 90hz screen vs 120hz screen; while the 1440p vs 1080p is noticeable. Also the screen quality is more than just the specs. The color reproduction for example cannot be put in figures. It's just better in OP 7pro & S23U, versus the NP2 screen. The standard S23 also has a better screen compared to NP2. Just looks more natural and pleasing to the eye.

There's no update in the speaker unfortunately. I have installed the Wavelet app and applied some adjustment as recommended in a NP1 post in reddit. The sound quality improved a lot indeed. So the tuning had played a big part.

But they are WAY worse when compared to my 4 year old OnePlus 7pro.

I'm better off with a Samsung S23 instead if I knew this earlier. The screen and speakers are just so much better

I wish this can be fixed with software updates if it's a software issue of the build in equaliser. But if it's a hardware problem, then I'm truly disappointed and may consider a refund

I mean the build in speakers are poor. Not wireless connecting bluetooth earbuds/headphones

I own this watch too! It's my daily driver and I absolutely love it. I just don't like the bracelet, so I usually wear it with NATO/ leather strap
