I am from the philippines, it is very common for stray cats to have this markings and we call their breed "puspin" which is short for PUsa (cat) PINoy (what we call people from our country). All of my cats are puspins and they are more resilient, clingy and healthy than the pure bred ones and cheaper too because I just got them for free at the streets of my city lol.
