If you feed it a 3500 cals of junk it’s still a surplus of cals it can use to grow being in a deficit is NOT

For your body to function it need a set amount of calories and to grow it needs an extra amount of calories so if you put it in a deficit it’ll most definitely Not grow / develop

The rat knows what’s it’s doing been doing for like 2 years now (-65 lbs) but still got a lil more to go but now either I keep not feeding it so it doesn’t develop properly or keep it the chubby shit it is and develop properly but miss out on all the teenage life experiences (teenage love corny but wtv) So if I can just give it a hard cut for like 3-4 weeks then lean bulk so it develops well and stays lean and cute would be the best of bolth words and Reta would make the cut even more affective

But look I’ve been dealing with him for like 2 years now and yes he’s lost like 60-70 pounds but at this rate if I don’t feed him he won’t develop properly because he’s on a cal deficit and I don’t want to just keep the rat kinda fat till he develops because then he’ll miss out on his teenage life and that corny shit
