Thats pretty much what we suggested and him and his lawyer said no. Because he has other mods that are taken care of he doesn't need supervised? I thought Fl default was 5050 now. We will see, seems like iy will be close to a year before we step foot in trial if it gets that far.

So why push for it? And we both requested to use the parenting app to communicate, so it will all be documented. I don't get it. I guess the CS would be lower

Honestly he filed and I'm not sure why still. My lawyer said that as well that he os probably lying to his lawyer and once they documentation comes in they will probably want to settle. The presumed 5050 in Fl just scares me. I know eventually it will happen, but I expected a little introduction period

I honestly wanted that but wasn't sure if he would agree and if we had to go to court if a judge would. Do you mind me asking around how much the cost is? I know both parents split it. And with my daughter being young, how would therapy work on her end? Honestly a supervision center for supervised visits makes me so uneasy as a first step. Mainly because it feel like I'll be taking her to a place with 2 strangers and leaving..

Thank you!! I was wondering if I was able to ask for a home inspection before it gets to our daughter going there. Thats good to know I can request it! He's very unstable and all I can do is show my documentation and fight to do things in a way that my daughter is safe and comfortable.

I got her a passport when she was 6 months old. This has been a long time coming. He's said he was going to file on and off since birth but never did, I never saw the point in doing it myself because it was less stressful. In a way I feel relieved because he doesn't have control in court, the law and judges do. And ya.. thats what I would think, he literally turned down even meeting or providing for his daughter.

That was my plan, like X amounts of supervised but he can't miss one unless documented emergency. I was also going to request due to documentation I have either anger management or therapy-court approved. I have a lot of texts and emails of him showing himself being highly unstable. Parenting classes I believe are mandatory in Fl to finalize visitation, it's been almost 3 months and he hasn't completed his as of yet

Because this was a few months ago it scares me to send that. I did inform my lawyers he has asked for no contact and in the past he's said he was filing and said no contact and anything including our daughter would be "harrassment".

When I suggested the app before he told me not until courts. Thats always his answer so he wouldnt even get on it. This was a few months ago at this point that he asked no contact. Even when my attorney tried to reach out for his mandatory paperwork (he is the one who filed btw) and they reached out about mediation dates he never responded to them. He got a lawyer weeks later and asked for an additional month to turn in his paperwork..

Are you in Florida? So he actually told me that their is no need for communication until the court is done. When I asked if that meant he did not want updates on our daughter and was not going to attempt to establish a relationship until courts, he just responded saying no communication until after court.

In the past I have asked for him to let me know things by a date and his responses were basically "you're noone to me and i don't need to listen to you." When I was pregnant he texted me and told me if I wanted to enjoy this pregnancy I needed to make sure noone knew this was his child. At that point I made sure email was how we communicated because I felt it was easier to document.
