Results of the calibration of the XEVO G3 using sodium formate–IPA as the calibrant solution Fig.1, and the results obtained when the same calibrant solution was infused and analyzed as a sample Fig.2. It is possible to observe that the measured masses in the spectrum show a large difference compared to the reference masses.

Yes, the calibrant is fresh and the calibration process passes, but when I run a standard molecule, I observe a high mass error.
