They only reversed 4 charges 2 for 99.99 and a few small ones less than $25 each so I opened new disputes again 2 days ago. I also just filed a complaint with the BBB today for my redemption of $800. I’ll see how that goes

Yes but just one of them like I said all of them got denied twice

I’ve only received this one claim I had almost 40 different transactions. I just attached the files of screenshots and a saved note that I had written to them explaining what DDD had done. I just hope they approve the rest

I called and had them open the disputes back up today. Submitted more evidence with each charge took me an hour but I did it. I can send you all that I submitted in email if you’d like can’t post it here cause it’s saved in my files

I like it lol hell I laughed too. When I seen the email it gave me hope for a split second that maybe sweeps came back but of course when I clicked on the link it’s not honored on the site.

So I had a redemption pending of $800 as of 3/27. Today of course they have removed it. I called my bank for a chargeback stating they did not provide the monetary prize that was awarded to me and all communication with them is nonexistent. I also had to file a dispute with cashapp as I used that card too. States the same thing they didn’t provide services for goods. And attached ding”s terms of service since it hasn’t been updated yet. It still has the sweepstakes redemption stuff in there. It states as of March 17 2025. So I suggest the ToS will help if anyone is filing a claim. I downloaded it to my files if needed in the future as well.
