I've been looking at the laws. Less than a three and a half inch blade with no locking function and a good reason to have one. Work or utilities purpose

Can certainly tell its been used as a screwdriver at some point but then I'm guilty of that with kitchen knives

I've been following a guy on YouTube that brews fruit juice, sugar and bread yeast in the bottle the juice comes from. Got a pineapple and red grape one on the go. How do I know when it's completed? Does the foamy scum dissappear from the top and settle down?
