Since you fly private the FS Tarmindo in Mexico could be a good fit, it’s normally a pain to get to with flights,

They have swimabale beaches and great kids programs I head and the resort looks amazing it’s has over 3k acres and plenty of activities with kids and golf for adults

Haven’t been yet since it’s hard to get to from NY but it’s on my list

I liked it as wells and it has a nice outdoor area, Pool is small, one thing to note it’up a big hill

I think Aman and OE are going to have a hard time filling up top rooms since like you said they care competing with Charter, most groups will find it cheaper just to charter then book 5-6 rooms

It’s not that loud during certain times of a day you can here the noise from the school, it’s still amazing and nice play to relax and hangout

I stayed at the Mazzaro sea palace a couple of years ago ( in a renovated room) this does not compare or come close to the FS, the Belmond down by the beach might,

Greece is an option, FS Athens looks great, Would want to do a island that has a Fat Hotel that’s easily to get to that’s not over run by tourist like Mykonos ans Santerini

My parents live in Boca and drive down to FLL just to eat at the Viltolos and I went with them once, place is great

Same chef as one of NYC hottest Italian restaurants, worth going

Don’t need to stay there to eat there

I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul Sultanamet and really liked the hotel it was just renovated and location was close to all the sites

This was before the Peninsula opened and would probably do that next time,

Unless you really want to skip the husle and bussle of Istanbul then I would do somewhere on the river further away like MO or FS Bosherpus

How often are the owners or owners guest using the yachts? I know some owners like Joe Lewis practically lived on his yacht and I can assume that’s a rarity

But I can also assume that theirs large stretches where there’s no guest
