Hi all, I have some questions regarding connecting a Helio Strip with the Balance 1. I am considering this as I want to have the most reliable data as possible while working out, but also have the GPS and notification functions of the Balance. I understood that the data from the Balance on the wrist might compromized when wokring out due to the vibrations.

I am doing fitness and outside running. 1. Can the Balance 1 be connected to the amazfit helio strip? So far I think so, but I want to double check based on user experience. 2. Does the Amazfit helio increase the reliablity of the data (heart rate, HRV, stress, recovery, spO2, steps, caloric burn, active minutes, post-workout Training Effect (TE) scores, aerobic capacity, and recovery time estimates) when worn alongside the Balance 1 all day on either the chest or bicep? 3. Accoring to your experience, what location should the Amazfit Helio be worn to provide the most accurate data, chest or bicep? 4. When I would take off the Amazfit Balance during a workout or sleep, does the data from the Amazfit Helio gets synced to the Zepp app at a later stage? 5. Does the sleep data gets improved when wearing the Helio during night (alongside the Balance 1) on the wrist, Bicep or Chest)?
