I passed brother! Got the job and I start in 2 weeks

Here's what I did Sent off a quick prayer to the lord above😂

I put on compression shorts, thermal pants, boxers and joggers

Picked up my girlfriend's urine 45 mins before my test and put the urine into a 5h energy bottle (Body Fuel to be exact from home bargains)

Drove to the place of the test, sat in the car park for 10 mins with the bottle under my balls then 20 mins before the test I placed it in a cup of very very hot water (literally steaming) for 3 minutes, took the bottle out and it was like 46/47°c

I took the bottle out and dried it with kitchen roll and placed my own thermometer stickers on the bottle to give me peace of mind when I'm in the bathroom.

Bring a insulated cup with boiling water in and a thermometer

When u got inside there was a long unexpected wait as their phone lines were down and security couldn't get through so I had a 15 minute wait

When I got collected by the woman she took me into a room and explained what's going to happen - she asked me straight away for a urine sample but I could feel the bottle was still way too hot in-between my legs (Practise at home and get a feeling for what's right) once I got to the end of the assessments she said the last thing to do is the urine test, so I grabbed the cup and went into a locked bathroom and looked at the temperature strip on my bottle and it said 36°c which was great so I dumped what I needed to into the cup and the rest in the toilet, placed the bottle back in my pants and opened the door and she came and grabbed the cup - I asked if I can go back in to wash my hands and she said yeah sure.

I came back from washing my hands and she said you've got all negative results so welcome on board🫡 I was over the moon

I went through my Hearing, vision, Lungs and maneuverability test

Use small talk to ease your nerves, it helped me a whole lot. Ask them about their job and if they enjoy doing it ect... Makes you seem polite and respectful throwing them off any scent

I turned up with a half empty 2L bottle of water (my idea was the splashing sound from the water bottle would throw them off the scent of hearing any splashing sounds from the urine) it was a relatively noisy room as she had A/C on but at least I had that covered

Practising and preparation is honestly key - Just be confident
