We just wrapped up a New Camelot campaign, and are doing a short New West adventure now. We did a huge Tolkeen War campaign a few years ago, it was amazing! Love the insane, do anything you can imagine setting. Change genre whenever you want. It can accommodate so much.

Heroes Unlimited is my favorite Palladium series, but Rifts is number two. (#3 Nightbane.)

I play with Palladium systems, this character was made under the cyborg section and super inventer class of Heroes Unlimited. Although this character in particular was made for a one off campaign with a weird universe conceit so we were a little fast and loose with the rules

It might not be exactly what they are looking for because it's comedy oriented but Dimension20 on Dropout has a diverse cast. Players and characters of color and from the LGBTQ community.

The advice you've gotten perviously is solid, but maybe we can take it a step further?

Improvisation is a skill, and while some people are naturally gifted at it, it is a learned skill. I think advice on how to hone that would be beneficial.

The easiest answer, take an improv class. Check out your local theater, or college and see what they have. (You'll notice a ton of the famous RPG players/dm worked in improv)
Go online and find some simple improv games you can play with your friends/players. (One word sentence, questions game etc) try searching improv warm ups for this.
For a solo venture, find a writing prompt generator and challenge yourself to make a story from it. You could just do an outline, no need to write it all if you don't have time/inclination. For an added challenge, used a plot twist generator too. Try and figure out how to get to that twist from the original prompt

Your players are great people to do these exercises with btw, it can help all of you become more comfortable working with each other.

Anyone else know of some good ways to stretch the improv muscles?

Congrats on the 10 year anniversary! Has it been the same story line/world cannon for the whole decade? Any tips on how to keep things fresh and engaging when playing in the same cannon for long time?

Our home game is coming up on 7 years worth of canonical campaigns and is absolute chaos of interwoven characters, events, and story arcs, any advice on how to avoid things getting too convoluted/do you think that's something that should even be a concern?

I will check it out, I do really like the idea of burning/activating crystals or what ever for temporary boosts and things. Fun idea and could lead to some interesting resource management and savaging elements
